Hydraulic pipes are common parts in industrial production, but they often encounter such problems during use. As a professional hydraulic pipe manufacturer, we will introduce the common faults and countermeasures of hydraulic pipe production.
Bubbling on the surface of the hydraulic hose
The bubbling of the hydraulic hose is due to the unqualified quality of the hose or improper use. If the bubbling occurs in the middle of the hose, most of which is the quality of the hose production, the qualified hose should be replaced in time; if the bubble appears at the joint of the hose, it may be due to improper installation of the joint. Wire braiding, winding hose joints and hose joints are available in foldable and crimped versions. The detachable joint shell and joint core have a hexagonal shape, and the outer wall of the joint core has a conical shape for easy assembly and disassembly of the hose. After the joint core is connected to the nut, the wire is inserted to prevent loosening. The crimping type hose joint is composed of a joint shell and a joint core. When assembling, the outer rubber layer is peeled off, the core head is inserted into the joint head, the joint shell is tightened, and then the mold is pressed on the special equipment to obtain a certain compression amount to achieve a tight compression. connection.
Hydraulic hose is not broken but a lot of oil leaks
If the hose is not found to be broken but a large amount of oil is leaking, the reason is that the inner rubber is eroded and scratched when passing through the high-pressure liquid flow in the hose, until a large area leaks out of the steel wire layer, causing a large amount of oil leakage. This failure generally occurs at the bend of the pipe. Check the replacement hose and ensure that the bend radius of the hose meets the technical requirements during use.
The outer layer of the hydraulic hose is severely deteriorated, and the surface is slightly cracked.
This is a manifestation of the natural aging of hydraulic hoses for extended periods of time. Due to aging deterioration, the outer layer is continuously oxidized to embrittle the surface layer. As the embrittlement layer deepens with time, the hose is slightly bent when used, and micro cracks are generated. In this case, the hose should be replaced.
