Metal hoses are commonly used in everyday life, but do you know how metal hoses are made? In general, the welding of metal hoses can be divided into the following five steps:
The first step: the size of the nozzle When the door is welded, the length of the tube must be measured first, and then use the tube knife to cut the size of the tube.
The second step: cleaning the pipeline. Because the pipeline is metal, some waste slag should be generated inside the pipe, and some waste slag will affect the welding effect. Therefore, before we use welding, we should use abrasive cloth or paper to grind off the slag in the tube.
Step 3: Use a tube brush to clean the fitting. Cleaning the fitting will ensure that the welded hose is clean and tinned.
Step 4: Master the soldering time Generally speaking, the length of soldering pipe you need, you need the corresponding length of solder.
Step 5: Use the torch heat pipe The torch heat pipe is mainly used to ensure that the welding place of the pipe is evenly heated. It is worth noting that when using the torch, make sure that the flame is close enough to cover the entire diameter of the pipe.
It should be noted that the temperature of the inner pipe should not be too high when welding. If it is too high, the material will change and rust will occur. The outer pipe must have cooling measures during welding. Excessive temperature will affect the inner pipe. Therefore, good ventilation is very important.
