The hydraulic pipe is a relatively delicate part of the excavator. A set of original hydraulic pipes is expensive. If you want to extend the service life of the hydraulic pipe, the most important thing is that the driver should be gentle when he works, and do not do high-intensity and high-risk actions. In addition, proper maintenance methods also greatly affect the life of hydraulic pipes. As a professional manufacturer of hydraulic pipes, let us introduce the maintenance precautions of hydraulic pipes:
1. Be sure to wear a sleeve. Gear pumps and plunger pumps have oil pulsations when they work. This pulsation will cause high frequency vibration of the hydraulic pipe, which cannot be completely eliminated. Therefore, there is a special protective ring on the outer side of the hydraulic pipe, which can be found on the pipe at the root of the big arm (plastic sleeve) and the pipe at the tip of the small arm (steel wire sleeve). This kind of protective sleeve is very useful!
2. Don’t rub it. Some excavator’s hydraulic pipes are self-matched later, and the length is not suitable. It is easy to interfere with the big and small arms, or to bend. Interference friction will wear the outer wall of the hydraulic pipe, causing the outer wall to become locally thin. Under the action of high pressure, pipe bursting is easy to occur. The bending of the hydraulic pipe will cause local pressure increase and local temperature increase, which will easily cause thehydraulic pipe to explode.
3. Do not touch diesel gasoline. Try not to let the hydraulic pipes come in contact with gasoline and diesel. Although the hydraulic pipes are oil resistant, diesel and gasoline are still corrosive. Generally, rubber will swell in the gasoline and diesel for a long time.
4. Spread the grease on the interface. Also, under the central oil separator and the travel motor cover, be sure to clean it regularly with a No. 2 calcium-based butter and apply a protective layer, and also apply the deduction tube to avoid rusting in these places. Especially in the coastal areas, where the sea breeze and seawater are often exposed, the piping is prone to corrosion.
The above are the maintenance precautions of several hydraulic pipes introduced to everyone. I hope everyone can keep the hydraulic pipes well.
