Braided steel wire reinforced method can withstand higher working pressure than spiraled steel wire reinforcement. However, choosing the reinforcement methods also depends on the wall thickness, and the designed structure in terms of various hydraulic hose standards (mainly including SAE100 and EN 853).
For SAE 100 R1AT/EN 853 1SN shown by the picture, according to the international standard, the construction contains a synthetic nitrile rubber tube, a single layer brained steel wire reinforcement, and a synthetic rubber cover. The inner tube is required to contact with the transferring medium, withstand the pressure, and protect the steel wire reinforcement from corrosion. Therefore, we use high quality synthetic nitrile rubber raw material, which has excellent performance on oil resistance. The steel wire layer is the framework, supporting the whole hose structure. You can see the picture, which shows the steel wire reinforcement is braiding. We also select the best quality steel wire to produce the hydraulic oil hose, to guarantee the whole hose product’s quality. Besides the R1AT and 1SN, we, Orientflex can also manufacture R1A and 1SC. The outer synthetic rubber cover of R1A hydraulic hoses is thicker than R1AT. Whereas, the outside diameter size of 1SC standard is smaller than R1AT standard hydraulic oil hose. With regard to the specifications of SAE 100 R1AT/EN 853 1SN hydraulic oil hose, the size can be produced from 3/16 inch hydraulic hose to 2 inch hydraulic hose. When it is used for transferring hydraulic oil, the withstood temperature range is from -40 ℃ to 100 ℃. For air transferring, the temperature range is from -30 ℃ to 50 ℃. And for water delivery, the working temperature is from 0 ℃ to 80 ℃. If you need small size of hydraulic hoses, we recommend you to choose smooth surface hydraulic hoses.
